If you find yourself wondering what's in our cauldron, or what magic we might be experimenting with, this is a way for you to try our experimental roasts. All we ask is that you drop us a note to let us know what you think. If we get positive signals from you, we might even graduate one of our experimental roasts to a regular product.

Right now we're experimenting with a Colombian coffee from a farm in the Tolima region. The impressive thing about this wonderful coffee is that there is absolutely no bitterness. You won't find a more drinkable cup of coffee.
